Shell Technology Center Houston
As the installer for Fetzer Architectural Wood, we worked with some of the finest manufactured cabinetry, metals and solid surfaces to create exiting new break areas throughout the complex. The break areas are referred to as "Energy Pods" and are integrated into work areas to provide refreshment of body and soul. The solid surface and architectural wood work throughout the public spaces are unique in shape and form.
Alteza Condos San Antonio
The Alteza Condos project was a challenging high rise residential property situated high above the working Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown San Antonio. AI worked closely with the developer/owner, HOA, architects, individual owners and designers to create 174 unique residences, each with their own unique material finish schedule. AI staff also re-designed numerous condo layouts to better reflect the upscale taste of the developer/owner, and then coordinated the revisions with the architect and sub-contractors. Though the elevated luxury spaces created an exciting new skyline for San Antonio, the interior finishes were earthy and rich with comfortable, intelligent home accents.

Quechan Casino & Resort
This Quechan Casino & Resort is a show piece for the Quechan Indian Tribe of Southern Arizona / California. In contrast to the harsh desert location, only two miles from the Mexican border town of Algodones, the guest room interiors feature elegant wallcoverings and beautiful stone tile bath areas that featured elegant chrome fixtures. One of the AI founders was the superintendent tasked with coordination of hotel finishes for Roel Construction.

Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa
The Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa is the Coachella Valley Desert's premier destination in luxury and gaming. The sixteen-story hotel is located in Rancho Mirage, California surrounded by desert and mountain vistas equaled only by the ultra high quality interior finishes. Bold fixture and finish materials were central to the innovative design. An AI principal was superintendent of hotel finishes and worked closely with Tribal representatives to make this one of the Desert's most notable landmarks in recent years. Award winning architecture and functional design make this unique building a real treasure! Awarded (4) Diamonds by AAA, this destination resort was completed in May 2007.

Eisenhower Medical Complex
AI staff have been involved in several additions and remodels in the Eisenhower Medical Complex in Rancho Mirage, CA. The exacting nature of well appointed patient rooms, laboratories, OR's and birthing rooms, require the utmost care in planning and logistics. Initial quality assurance processes are key to creating QC checklists used in controlling inventory and layout details. The John L. Sinn Wing was the latest project in our portfolio.
